About

We build an operational model for industrial Bitcoin mining

AKASA combines project management, equipment operations and mining capacity development within a unified operational model.

01
How AKASA is structured

Two countries — one team

PLPoland

Management and capital

Poland is home to the company's legal structure, financial support, equipment procurement and client relations.

ARArgentina

Operations and maintenance

Argentina handles equipment hosting, capacity operations, performance monitoring and technical support of mining operations.

Team

Regardless of where the equipment or client is located, the project is handled by one team within a unified operational model.

02
Asset-Light model

We invest in equipment, not in building facilities

We do not build data centers or invest in creating new infrastructure. Capital is directed only to equipment hosted at active partner sites.

This allows us to focus on what directly affects mining efficiency: equipment supply, capacity launch, operations and technical support — and scale projects faster without the cost of building own facilities.

Operations are conducted in Neuquén province over the Vaca Muerta formation — one of the world's largest unconventional gas deposits. Using associated gas for power generation provides energy costs substantially below market rates, which underpins our model's economics.

03
Own capacity and client equipment

We operate on the same infrastructure we offer clients

Own and client equipment

AKASA develops its own ASIC fleet while simultaneously supporting client equipment.

Monitoring, operations and technical support apply to all capacity regardless of equipment ownership.

Practical daily operations experience is part of our work and underpins decisions for both own and client projects.

04
Operating principles

What underpins the AKASA model

01

One team across the full project lifecycle

From equipment delivery to daily operations, the project is handled by a single operational unit.

02

We work from our own experience

We use the same processes for our own equipment that we offer to clients.

03

Long-term approach to capacity development

We view mining as an infrastructure business requiring systematic work and continuous operational efficiency improvement.

Infrastructure

Learn more about AKASA infrastructure

AKASA mining operations are concentrated in Neuquén province, where equipment is hosted, performance is monitored and capacity is managed daily.
